Please anyone help me to escalate the issue.
I was very much embarrassed with the situation when i tore my trouser.
I purchased a beautiful white jeans from the Thane outlet of Raymond. While purchasing the same I had seen the inner side of the jeans having some green spots at the parx tag. Today when I washed it, the tag released green colour and spoilt the entire jeans. Took care to wash it as per recommendations on the Tag. Extremely disappointed. The quality of the tag should have been taken care of.
